Refunds and cancellation

Cigara subscriptions and purchases are billed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Cancel a subscription

Cancel through the store where you purchased the subscription. Cancelling normally stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Request a refund

For an App Store purchase, request a refund through Apple. For a Google Play purchase, request a refund through Google Play. Store rules and applicable consumer law determine eligibility and processing.
